I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, I do care about your experience.

If your order arrives damaged, or if something is wrong with the product itself, please email me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

I’ll review it on a case-by-case basis and do my best to make it right.

Please note I cannot offer refunds for:

• Delayed or lost mail through Canada Post Regular Lettermail

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Change of mind after purchase

I prepare your order with care and mail them through Canada Post Regular Mail to keep shipping simple and affordable. Regular mail does not include tracking.

Once an order is in the hands of Canada Post, I can’t control the journey. If your order seems delayed, reach out after 15 business days (Canada) and we’ll find a solution together.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional postage.
