If your order arrives damaged, or if something is wrong with the product itself, please email me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

I’ll review it on a case-by-case basis and do my best to make it right.

Please note I cannot offer refunds for:

• Delayed or lost mail through Canada Post Regular Lettermail

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Change of mind after purchase

I prepare your order with care and mail them through Canada Post Regular Mail to keep shipping simple and affordable. Regular mail does not include tracking.
